SOLUTION

Urgently we shifted our attention to the online segment and focused PR campaign on online workouts.

Promptly Anastasia recorded workout sessions and we started working on a press event. The main idea behind it was that even during quarantine time people tend to keep their fitness habits and schedule.

At the same time we kept spreading the word about future studio expansion and possible workouts there to keep Sculpt's place on the offline market.

    It was important to make a new statement on the market about the client. The main difficulty was that the studio opened just a year ago and the main opening press event wasn't properly presented by the previous PR agency.

    We focused on expansion of the fitness studio and began preparing the event when the global pandemic disrupted everything. This became irrelevant due to forthcoming closure of all gyms and fitness places.
    We used Digital PR in full: articles in mass media, working with influencers
    and Telegram channels, cross promotion with like-minded brands
    Client was given recommendations on updates of its website and Instagram page, we worked out
    new visual for targeted advertisement with focus on effective call-to-action

    RESULTS

    We managed to adapt to fast changing reality. During the first week of the pandemic in Russia, when people went for self-isolation and were a bit lost we offered an effective ready solution. After several months we have published a couple of articles in renowned mass media and have built sustainable communication with influencing bloggers' audiences (growth of subscription sales).
